1. Ordering Procedure
All orders are to sent to shopforbeauty@hotmail.com
Supplying orders are to be sent to shopforbeauty-supply@hotmail.com
Orders form can be found at the side of navigation.
Orders from Sms/phone calls/tagboard msg all will not be taken into considerations.
If you have any problems in emailing us, do add us in msn (provided remind us in tagboard).
2. Payment Information/Procedure
Once payment are made, do inform us. We will confirm with you if we receive the payment.
All payment has to be made in advance for Pre-orders. Should the items be out of stock, we will refund you.
Payment are to be made within 2 days after confirmation of orders.
For last customers who likes to last minute order, payment are to be before the last payment date. If not orders will either be cancel / move into the next pre-order.
No payment = No Orders.
To protect our business, we don't accept orders without customer making any payment before order is close.
Local Customers
POSB/ DBS bank funds transfer
Internet Banking via:
DBS/POSB users - Payment will be credited to my account immediately once you debit the amount.
HSBC/UOB/OCBC/Maybank users - Payment will be credited to my account after 3 working days once you debit the amount.
Cash payment is available at shop owner convenience for meet up
International/Overseas Customers
We accepting payment through PayPal only
- Additional PayPal charges of 3.5% is apply
- Register postage is use for all international orders
- All shipping charges are to be paid by customers (charges depending on items weight)
3. Mode of Delivery
Customer are encourage to choose Register mail when opting for postage.
Postage fee will be charge according to the weight of items.
An additional of $2.50 will be added when opting for register mail .
What is a Registered Article?
Registered article is a service provided by the Singapore Post (Singpost) which allows your package to be traceable with a fee of SGD$2.50. We strongly recommend this option as this will significantly reduce the risk of lost items while delivering. The following are the delivery methods you can opt for to deliver your order/s at your doorstep.
All items will be mailed out on the within 3 working days once item has arrive.
Meet up will be only available at Tampines Mrt Station (Every Sunday 3pm)
Weekdays - Meet up only be in Tampines Festival Park in the evening
There will be a mass meet up for NRWZD pre-order, detail & date will be given when stocks arrive. Those who are unable to attend any of the date given, please opt for postage instead.

4. General
All products under pre-order have a certain period of waiting time. Hence if you can't wait please don't join the pre-orders. All the items are not instock unless stated.
All products are non refundable or exchangeable.
Cancellation of items after payment is made (but before orders are sent) will be liable for an overall SGD$2 administrative charge per order.
Remaining amount paid will be refunded.*Only applicable when orders are not send to supplier* (To prevent from backing out once order is placed and payment is made)
If orders have been made to supplier and customer will not get any refund back.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting whether directly or indirectly from any errors in postage, quality problems, defects, delays, damage, loss or any action or inaction on the part of the supplier.
Items which customer fail to collect within 1 month, item will be confiscated. (Totally no respond when i email you) If customer are away from Singapore, do inform me in advance.
5. Penalty Fee & Blacklist
For meet up, if you did not turn up for the meet up when customer agree with the time & date, a penalty fee of $5 will be charge.
The amount of penalty fee must pay up before getting the stock that customer have order.
Blacklist customer will be place under blacklisted column. If customer do not wish to be blacklist, please avoid the following:
★Customer cancel of orders without informing.
(Please if you not interested do inform me)
★Customer fail to turn up for meet up without informing me.
(Inform me via sms at least 1 hour before the meet up time)
