As she had mentioned in her book, if you want to have silky, shiny hair the secret is to own a comb that have the function to massage your hair while you comb. And the times you comb your hair have to exceed your age, as when you grow older the more you need to massage your scalp. For her, she comb her hair at least 40 times a day and all area of your scalp must be massage therefore see pics above for the way she use to comb her hair.
Directions:
Divide your hair into 3 parts, left, middle, right. Start combing from the bottom to the root. Repeat for each of the 3 parts that you have divided previously. After combing you can start blowing your hair, when the scalp is dry use a comb with the function to massage your hair,this time start combing from scalp but avoid area that are still wet. After massaging the scalp, use a big comb to comb the hair starting from the end making sure your hair dun get entangle.

使用方法:
1.先将头髮分成顶部区，刘海区 左侧两区及右侧两区共六区
2.先将各区头髮盘起，只留下欲上捲的区域。
3. 将上捲的区域头髮打溼至6分溼或上少许造型品。
4.取些许髮量后距髮跟三分之一处，以海绵卷髮球在下头髮在上方式将头髮顺时针捲入拉紧即可固定。
5.依序将各区头髮以相同方式上捲，待完成后即可就寝，隔天早上起来就有美丽的卷髮。
6.拆捲时请依反方向慢慢拆下即可。
註: 区域可依个人头髮长短及多寡增减。
